Mid-May: Opening Day
First day of the season. Fill your lungs with the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a few snacks from our deli and grill. Update your old tackle box with brand new fishing supplies from our bait shop. Spring is in the air and the fish will be sure to be biting.

June 12th,2010: Pike Derby
An annual Taylor Park Marina Fishing Derby is held each year and offers cash prizes for longest northern pike, largest pike by weight, most pike caught, and largest trout caught in the Taylor Park Reservor. Registration begins at 6am the morning of the Derby, with eligible fishing times between 7am to 5pm. There is an entry fee per person. Registration for the kids division is free, with non-cash prizes available.
July 4th and September 7th: Labor Day Rubber Duck Races
Search the lake for rubber duckies. If you find one, bring it in for great prizes. $5 per duck to enter.
September 28th: Closing Day
